more than a beer, it's a way of being in the world.

and those who are with us, do it to change the rules. Bread included.

Who are we,
really?

Biova Project was founded in 2019 from a simple question: what happens to all the food that falls off the radar of consumption?
Bread, pasta, rice, perfect ingredients that the supply chain considers “excess.”
We call them surplus. Or, better yet, saved opportunities.

We recover them and transform them into rescue-based products: beers, snacks, soft drinks, and other edible inventions.
All good. Some incredibly good. None born out of trend.
We are an open project.

Not just a company, but a network.
We work with anyone who wants to do their part: from small bakeries to large industrial groups.
We collaborate with companies like Ikea, Coop, Carrefour, Trenitalia, Hilton, Mandarin Oriental, and others who share the same no-nonsense circular economy mindset.

Biova is an open door: if you have surplus, a good idea, or simply want to change something, you’re one of us.
Sustainability, with sense.

We don't fill our mouths with “green,” “eco,” or “bio.”
We prefer to fill it with something that stands strong even on an economic level.
Sustainability for us is environmental, but also financial, social, and logistical.
It only works if it all holds together. Like a good recipe.
