Water, yeast, malt and bread. Biova Integrale is inspired by the Altbier recipe, a top-fermented dark beer from Düsseldorf region, enriched with a touch of salt and the color of whole weat bread.
In this recipe the recovered bread replaces up to 15.8% of barley malt.
